I hope all of you are enjoying this gorgeous weather and are resting up for another marching season.  Right now I am in need of parents who can help prep sparky for the paint booth.  All that needs done is a light sanding so the new paint will stick and masking windows, lights, and a few other items off.  If you have experience doing this please contact Mr. Simpson at simpsonp@k12coffee.net.  Thank you!  Mr. Simpson ———————————————- Parents, All the band students have received a medical release form for next year.  Please have this returned to me by May 20th so I can make sure all students have turned this form into me by band camp. Thank you! Mr. Simpson ———————————————- ———————————————- Symphonic Band Schedule 3/30/09 to 7/24/09 ——————————————- BAND CAMP 2009 This year's band camp dates are:   Percussion and Guard Camp will be July 13th - July 17th - 8am - 12pm Band Precamp, for all new marches, will be July 15th - 17th - 9am - 12pm Full Band Camp (meaning everyone) is July 20th - July 30th - 8am - 5pm Parent performance and rehearsal will be July 31st - 3pm - 7pm (probably will end sooner)   We will have our normal Saturday rehearsal on Aug. 8th from 8am - 12pm at the high school.    Starting Monday, August 10th we will begin our normal after school rehearsals from 3-5 for colorguard and instrumental rehearsals will begin on Tuesday Aug. 11th.    All rehearsals are mandatory.  Please make sure all events and appointments are scheduled around rehearsals, performances, and other activities.    ——————————————— BOOSTER MEETINGS 6/8/09 - 7:00PM ———————————————
